Great location in Granada!

We received two small pieces of cake/brownie with a nice hand written card for our wedding anniversary. It does not need to be a lot, or expensive, but it is nice, to get this great complimentary sign of attention! You feel valued to select the property for your anniversary. The location is great, a regular taxi to the Alhambra costs 9€ from the hotel (morning) an Uber 11€. We were told that Uber is pricier than regular cabs in Granada. So ask the hotel to call a regular cab.

We booked this property partially because of the on-site property and location. When we arrived (ok it was 10 pm…) the parking was full and we were told that we could park in a nearby underground parking, which we did (10% discount with a hotel ticket). Parking costs around 19€ per night on the public parking with the hotel discount or 25€ in the hotel parking (if free).

Convenient, attractive hotel with lovely staff.

- Our first impression was of how attractive this hotel is. The lobby is very tastefully decorated, clean and smells very nice - Easy to get to in a taxi from Granada Airport - Staff were polite and helpful at check-in. I requested an iron and this was brought up to our room by the housekeeper within 5 minutes - Spacious room with good-sized bathroom - Great location, within walking distance to all attractions and with many shops and restaurants nearby - Lovely, well-priced bar downstairs - Great water pressure in the shower - Really nicely-scented shower gel and shampoo provided - Great level of housekeeping every day - We were able to store our luggage securely at reception after check-out, as our Taxi was not until 6pm that day

- We weren't aware that we could have had breakfast at the hotel until we were about to leave, as this wasn't offered/ mentioned at check-in - The air conditioning is not very powerful. It was close to 40C during our stay and it did not cool the room effectively, meaning we did not sleep very well - I had to replace my face washcloths twice, as housekeeping removed them from the bathroom each time they replaced the towels and I never got them back (not really a huge issue, just a little bit annoying to have to buy new ones!) - There was quite a bit of black mould present in the grout of the shower. I understand that it can be difficult to stay on top of this in a bathroom, but I feel it is very important to ensure that black mould isn't breathed in by guests.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Granada

Much nicer than expected, fantastic location and attentive staff.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke if we turned the AC up :( Parking is VERY tight if you have a rental car.

Excellent location within a walkable distance from key attractions. The breakfast options, spacious and comfortable room, mini bar , amenities.Appealing decoration. Reception service very professional and quick feedback to any requests.

There was no main negative points, but the point below the expectations was the lack of friendliness of some of the staff, specifically in the restaurant.

Hotel is situated in the nicest area of Granada. We were there during Decembar so Christmas Market was just in the front of the hotel. The breakfast area was the most beautiful I have ever seen. Also breakfast was fabolous.

A very nice stay!

The rooms and bathrooms are nice and unique. We were able to get rooms near each other. The dining area for breakfast is beautiful. We were able to walk to all of the sights. The hotel even packed us a breakfast to go with our early departure. Thank you!

Exceeded expectations

The breakfast was excellent, with omelette and fried prepared on request from proper eggs, not egg powder like it is done in many hotels. There were gluten-free options as well. The location was also very good - we walked everywhere. The stuff was very nice and attentive.
